In Your Bubble ~ Mini Retreats
In these covid times, it feels more important than ever to maintain and deepen the connections we have with those human and non-human peoples around us, and with our inner world. Come together, with 2-4 of your dearest ones, for an afternoon of connection with yourself, each other and the wild.
Using accessible tools and deep listening, we cement our belonging within our bodies, our communities and the natural world around us. I welcome you to a cozy warm yome/yurt, to wild forest, to a space to relearn and share what you already hold deep within you.
Each retreat is highly customised for the needs and longings of the group, but may consist of: guided meditation, embodiment/movement practices, written inquiry, simple ritual, creative craft, connection and engagement with the natural world.
This is for you and your people if you’re looking to reconnect with your wild and wise body, deepen your community connection, and come into our innate belonging to place, ecology and lineage. No learned knowledge or experience necessary - you have all you need.
Please bring: comfortable shoes and clothing - we might move, wander the woods, get messy. Layers for comfort outdoors, cushion/blanket for comfort in seated practice, nourishing beverages/snacks, a journal and pen, a small and dear object.
Please create this circle with folks in your bubble, depending on numbers we might not have room to entirely socially distance ourselves within the space. Madison will wear a mask for the duration, participants may do so as desired. Hand-washing station and hand sanitiser are accessible throughout. Please bring desired beverages/refreshments.
I’d love to hear from you if this resonates or stirs you, and would love to work together to create an afternoon that feels nourishing and relevant for your particular group.
Pricing: sliding scale $45-125/person based on group size. Scholarships available for BIPOC.
Booking somewhat flexible, likely Saturday or Sunday afternoons 2-6 pm.
